When Refunds Are Applicable

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Service Not Started: Full refund if work has not commenced and you cancel within 24 hours of payment.
  • Duplicate Payment: Full refund for any duplicate or excess payment made.
  • Service Not Provided: Full refund if we are unable to provide the service due to our limitations.
  • Technical Issues: Full refund if payment was made but not reflected in our system due to technical errors.

When Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already commenced on your application
  • Application has been submitted to government portals
  • Government fees have been paid (these are non-refundable)
  • Application rejected due to incorrect information provided by client
  • Client fails to provide required documents within reasonable time
  • Change of mind after service delivery has begun
  • Consultation services already provided

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested after work has started but before submission
  • Refund of professional fees only (government fees excluded) in specific cases
  • Pro-rata refund for ongoing/monthly services

Refund Process

  2. Provide your order details, payment proof, and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 working days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
  5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Government Fees

Please note that government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees are paid directly to government departments and cannot be recovered.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service:

  • Contact us immediately via phone or email
  • Cancellation is subject to the stage of work completion
  • No cancellation charges if work has not started
  • Partial charges may apply based on work completed

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to us with complete details. We will review and respond within 7 working days.
