InputTax.in provides the following services:

• Income Tax Filing and Advisory

• Legal Consultation and Representation
• Other tax and legal services as offered

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information and documents
• Respond to our queries in a timely manner
• Pay the agreed fees within the specified time
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Inform us of any changes that may affect the services

Fees and Payment

• Service fees are communicated before work begins
• Government fees are charged separately at actuals
• Payment is required as per the agreed terms
• Fees once paid are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy

Service Delivery

• We will make best efforts to complete work within estimated timelines
• Timelines depend on government processing and client cooperation
• We are not responsible for delays caused by government departments
• Rejection by authorities due to incorrect client information is not our responsibility

Limitation of Liability

InputTax.in shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided by client
• Delays or failures due to government portals or systems
• Any outcome of legal proceedings beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on InputTax.in including logos, text, graphics, and designs are our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
